We were trying to head down to the Sandhole (Lloyd'sNeck) for labor day weekend but not sure now.  I have battery issues so we are unable to stay out on the hook more than ~5 hours without plugging in.  If my friend goes I will be able to plug into his boat to recharge every few hours.

Hey Gin,
              Labor Day might be good for us. Lloyds neck is my end of the sound, just outside my Habor. Rob are you talking about right near the Huntington Lighthouse or over on the otherside of the bay witch is know as Sand City.

Won't be on the Sound that weekend...  Our plan is to head up the Hudson for a week starting labor day wknd... Hopefully will make it up to Kingston!

It does not nook like we will make the Sound this year.  We wanted to for Labor day but the batteries will not make an overnight.  We thought about Northport (Britania) but now with the Hurricane out there I do not know how the seas will be.

We may change direction and head up the Hudson to Kingston but not sure yet.
