Those of you using Lenco trim tabs, Where are you mounting your switch? I just bought a set with the indicator switch and am trying to decide where to mount the switch. Please post pics if you have them. Thanks..

I received a quote from Rinker for $1395 plus shipping for a set of the Lenco Tabs....from what I can see on the Internet the kits for 12x12s are around $600 without a switch....

Did you order the Lenco Tabs that have the fins down that are made specific for the Rinkers?  I really need to get the nose down for slower speeds.....Thanks,

I too have a 232 only a CC and am interested in trim tabs, can you share what model lenco's you purchased? also are you going to do the installation yourself? i'd be curious to here your feedback on performance benefits once installed and photos of the installation

Happy boating!

I just ordered 12X12 without switch from Ultimate Passage for $360 shipped. I got the LED switch off of ebay for 160.

I plan on removing the hinge pin and flipping the tab wings down. This weekend I will be installing the switch, next weekend I will install the tabs. I will photo and document the whole process to share. I still have not 100% decided where to mount the switch though. I'm thinking on the dash facing rearward between the cup holder and the steering wheel.

I have the Lenco 12x12 and mounted them with the fins up. It was almost like buying a new boat....big differance. I mounted my switch on the right side ahead of the throttle. I have pictures on a different computer I can post later if wanted.

Jim, I would love to see your install pictures....I'm the type that waste about 3 months before doing anything because I study the thing to death..... scratch head
