I have a 93 captiva 236, on the swim platform, there is some rubber/neoprene??? traction mats.   These are slowly comming unglued and starting to rip.  anyone know of any replacement stuff for this.   i would re-glue but it is quite thin and rips easily.   any help is greatly appreciated.
thanks

I used hydroturf on mine... just bought a full sheet, 40"x86" and cut it to size.... cost about $110 for shipping and all

http://seadek.com

They sell the full sheets as stlouisramsfan mentioned, but I ordered a template kit because I wasn't sure I could cut out the mat myself and make it look descent.  The template kit came with several small color samples that were also varying thicknesses.  We ordered a 5mm pad with their color labeled Mica "which matched the carpet in our boat".....unfortunately it takes Seadek 4 to 6 weeks to even give you a price for custom mats, of which I am week 2 of.

So I patiently wait while my daughters complain about sliding off the swim platform putting on their Wake Boards   cool

Try looking at www.wakejunky.com

They will send you a sample and they have pics on their sight.

I used seadek on my 236. I installed it about 4 years ago and still looks great!

I would suggest these guys: http://www.snapincarpet.com/index.cfm
Send them a template of the carpet area in paper and a sample of your carpet and they can duplicate it for you.

http://www.hydroturf.com/

94' 209 Captiva.  Scraped off the old thin stuff and replaced with hydroturf with the 3M adhesive backing.  It's been on 3 seasons now and holding up very well.  Isn't showing any wear and is staying put.  Highly recomend.
