Every so often my trim doesn't want to go up but goes down just fine.... Check fluid and is full... Any suggestions???

Sounds like the Trim / Tilt switch at the helm may be going bad. You can trace the wires from the Throttle / Shifter and use a tester to see if the switch works consistantly.
