Someone just told me that there is a new 'rule' at Shelbyville that no more than two boats can tie up together.  Something about someone drunk fell off walking between a string of boats and drowned.  Is this true?   What about at Clinton??

There are no rules at clinton that I know of about that.  We raftup with quite a few boats.  This weekend there where at least 20 tied up together.
But when the day gets late around 4 to 5 and alot of people are going home they will stop you and give you a dui.
So be careful there.   Dont drive stupidly   ( Is that a word?)

The Shelbyville rule is no more than 5 boats in a tie up and supposed to be 150 ft from the next one.  There are special permits available for up to 20 boats but the IL numbers have to be listed and they have been checking us this summer.
