We tow our 246 BR with a 2004 Toyota Sequoia (OD off) with no problems.  We get about 10 mpg towing.

Beautiful truck.  I just couldn't afford the deisel truck I wanted so I just pulled the trigger on a 2012 Ram 1500 with a 392 rear end.  10,000 pound towing capacity.  It pulled the boat great and still averaged about 10 mpg towing the boat.
