I have an 04 312FV and there is only 1 water shut off valve for each engine.I have Merc 5.7 horizon motors with Bravo 3. Each engine has 2 water pick ups, 1 thru hull and 1 at the drive. Water still gets in from the drive when the valve is closed. Is this a design flaw? or is this OK.
