What would be a fair price for a 2004 Rinker 212 Captiva with a 220 HP 5.0L Merc and single axle trailer?

Welcome Orillia! You'll have to give us a little more info. What other options does the boat have? How many hours? etc.

IF it's a dealer, I'd push for a tandom axle trailer.......otherwise.....I don't think that's a terrible price....although I'd always try to get them to go lower.  I have 26K in mine bought new..only difference is 6 CD changer,
tandom axle trailer and swim platform.

It's a private sale! I got an estimate from BOatus.com for around $19252 excluding trailer.

Trailer and everything.  I would see if all equipment comes with it as well, life jackets, skis, tubes.  If the seller is motivated that is a fair price IMHO.  If not then negotiate the price up from there [-o<
