Hi,

Anybody knows how many greasing points exist in the B3 merc. outdrive (built 2002).

Just for reference the engine is the 350 mag (2002).

I have already found one greasing point, related most likely to the gimbal ring.

Thanks in advance for any reply, since I am about to do the annual maintenance.

Brgds

Make sure to grease the coupler, which resides at the rear of the engine, where the shaft from the outdrive meets the engine.  There are two of them you may have to rotate it to get to it. wink

Very important, pay the extra money and make sure you use marine grease and NOT automotive grease. Automotive grease will get hard like a rock and you WILL have big problems......
