Hi there,

Anybody has any idea what is  the length of the trottle cable from the throttle control hand lever next to the steering wheel  up to the engine?

i am planning to change both two cables, since the throttle control hand lever is quite hard.

Ofcourse i could take out one and measure it, but my engineer told me that it is preferable to order the right length and install the new ones at the same time he takes out the old ones.(meaning that the installation is easier if you tie the old with the new, where by pulling out the old you have simultaniously installed the new).

Any ideas will be very helpfull, since i am planning to proceed with the purchase of the cables the soonest, having already the Boat under the annual maintenance/service.

thanks
alex

Very good question being a 270 owner myself when we find out we'll put a post in the libary so we can refer back to it.
