Just a thought has anyone ever installed a back up camera , our slips are not veary wide and the dock is low, when backing into slip it is veary hard to see dock

I've helped a buddy install one, although not for backing up. He uses it to monitor his engine compartment. I'll be doing the same when the electronics go in this spring. Most decent chartplotters have an NTSC or VGA input which will allow you to connect a camera directly to them. Simple installation and very handy!

Not a bad project. Did one on a 37 cruisers and tied it into his ray marine c-120. It really works well. I would also make sure your comfortable docking without it so if it doesn't work its not that big a deal.[/url]
