Most of these places like Photobucket Shutterfly all work similar but here is what I use and how to post pictures using Photobucket. It's Free all you have to do is setup an account they don't even send junk mail.
You have to have pictures stored on your Computer in My Documents or My Pictures etc.

Use img code for pictures or signature use direct link code for avatar use the tiny when you resize your image setting for you avatar and it will fit perfect and no scroll bars will appear in your avatar

I now use image shack a lot easier to use

I can't re- size this image...as you can see, it's way to big, I've tried for over an hour and followed the instructions as best that I could...Photobucket costs money to join and I also don't understand where you're suppose to go to "img" to re-size.  Help!
