Prop pitchs for 232 350 mag bravo 3

Hi!

What pitch of prop are using for your 232 bowrider 350 mag bravo 3. I have a 28 pitch and the hole shoot is slow top end is great 56-58. Just wondering what the rest are using and what is your performance??

I have the exact setup (2002 232 BR 350 MAG B3) with the same 28 pitch prop and can report similar perfomance.  The boat came with the propset but I would like to try a lower pitch since we spend most of our time cruising at about 3000 rpm (22-25 mph) and I think that I might not be getting optimum performance at that rev level.

I bought my boat used, but I am almost positive that it has the stock props on it.  The hole shot does not seem that slow for a boat this size, but my top speed is only about 52/53 on the speedo.  I have not put a GPS on it yet. I am not sure how this would help anyone, but I find it odd that my top speed is so much different than others.
