My tach on my 232 is not working accurately, especially when I just start the engine after its been a week off. Its time to be replaced ! The problem is that I just cant find one like it. The gauges are made by Teleflex marine but it seems that this model might be discontinued. Attached image is a picture of my dash.

Am not sure if that gold ring on the face of the gauges is part of the gauge itself or comes apart because it seems that the gauge is the Teleflex Premier series but I cant find them anywhere with a gold ring.

If this is the point I was going to change all gauges to the new Teleflex Lido series with white faces and a silver ring . Anyone suggests something else ?

How old is the boat? I see on the link I privided they only carry a 2 year warranty. On Cruisers they use fiara guages and they have a lifetime warranty but you still pay a hefty handling fee. What I would do if I were you is get hold of the Telefex support and see if you can send that tach in for repair my boat is a 99 and Fiara has replaced my tach twice and they always match. Hope this helps.

If you use Boomer's link to Teleflex, click on "find a gauge" (left side), then answer the questions and you will get the P/N for your gauge.  Then you will need to find a Teleflex dealer (boat repair shop typically).  First though, I would call Rinker (not your Rinker dealer) for a price.
