After my first boating season with my Captiva, I had my bow horn replaced (under warranty).  After the end of the second season, it need to be replace again because of water in the horn.  I waited until the beginning of this, the third season, to address the horn problem.  After removing the horn and turning it over, the water came out and it worked fine.  So, I simply drilled a couple of "weep holes" in the lowest section (when it is mounted) of the horn, and no more horn problems!
