The guy in the slip next to me has a 2004 342.  He's getting a lot of condensation from his A/C unit under his v-berth that's seeping into the carpet around it and into the bedding.  Anything to look for relative to venting, cleaning, unclogging, etc.?

Thanks!

the A/C in the 342 is under the v-bunk.  it sits in a pan and has a drain on it that goes to a thru hull opening.  It's really easy to see once you open the cover.  No doubt it either got plugged with bugs/mold/dirt OR the unit froze.  If it froze, just shut it off and let it melt.  If it is the drain he should be able to run a wire down it and flush it real good afterwards.  Some lysol straight up is good for killing stuff and cleaning too.

good luck!
