2003 342 Bilge pump & trim tab questions

We just got a 2003 342. Is there a forward bilge? If so how do you access it? We are getting water in our cabin and can't find a leak anywhere. It seems to be coming up from somewhere? 1 day there was 1 inch of water in it magically one morning while it was sitting on the trailer after we moved it to get closer to the house.
Also, we have a trim tab sticking or not working. It sounds like it is trying to work, but just doesn't. Has anyone messed with the trim tabs on these boats and have any ideas?
Thanks so much!

Quick question -- had it rained while it was on the trailer? Might've been rainwater puddling
As for the trim tabs, you can do a search on the board where apparently the older steel pins that held the tabs to the actuators had been replaced with plastic -- just a guess, but it sounds like your motor is fine, but I'd check teh fluid levels "just in case"...

It rained on us a little while trailering it home, but not enough for the floor to be that soaked. It did rain a little more while at home and it seemed like when we moved the trailer and boat it soaked the floor again. Checked the windows but can't find leaks there. Water does collect under the fridge in in the cabin and a little under the bottom drawer in the cabin next to the fridge but no idea where it's coming from.
The trim tabs are electric, not hydraulic.

Yep, my bad, don't know why I was thinking of the outdrive trim halfway through. Oh, well, a version of CRS, I guess!
I had thought that it might be that any rain might have been driving / significant enough to fill the bidge, and maybe while braking, etc the water sloshed. But it sounds like there was too much water for that. Hopefully some other'll have suggestions!
You trailer a 342? Wow...

Got the trim tab working. We took it apart, I should say my husband did and I watched, and there was a crack in the seal and the motor was rusted and ugly! He worked with it for quite some time and right when he thought that there wasn't hope - it moved. He cleaned it, put it back on, and sealed it and it's all better.
We do trailer it. We had a custom trailer made by Instigator in Texas and hauled the trailer to Chicago, IL and loaded the boat and headed home to Iowa. We haul it to the lake at the beginning of the season and haul it home at the end.
The water - that is still there. It seems to now only get the carpet wet under the stairs next to the bed/bathroom. Under the fridge in the cabin we keep finding a puddle of water. We will suck it up and it will collect again after a while. We can have no water in the tank, and we'll still get water under the fridge or wet carpet under the stairs? Not sure about that yet.
Thanks!

Just a thought but you may want to check the hot and cold side of the sink water supply for the leak under the frig. As for the wet carpet under the steps. I had this happen when I had my 342, two things to check. 1.water supply to the shower could be leaking 2. shower sump could be stopped up with hair. I had both.

When we took delivery of ours - it was wet that same way - it was because when the dealer washed it - it was slightly bow down and so all the water in the bilge and sumpe box, etc and wicked up through the carpet (which is actually fitted under the construction) - my guess is - the boat may be leaning slightly bow down and causing it - tilt it up a little and then get a dehumidified - took about 2 days to dry ours out and the old other time it has gotten wet since is when my son forgot to turn the bathroom sink off and ran through 33 gallons of freshwater - and even then, it was barely damp.
