Congrats on your repair!  I'm also a subscriber to the theory "revenge is a dish best served cold" -- so  good luck on the payback!

Hey All,
Its been a busy spring and Summer so far, thats why I haven't been on here much. But I did want to say something about Rinker Boat Company. They are a real company!!!  They have sent me a check to cover all my expenses. Even tho it was out of warranty.
They listened to my story, looked at the pictures I sent them. Listened to a Skipper Buds Mechanic. They really took it serious. I didn't feel like, I didn't matter. I did most of the work, supervised by the Cert. Merc. mechanic.  Although I am totally disappointed in the place I bought my boat. They basically brushed their hands of it. Said it was out of warranty, theres nothing they could do.

Anyways I'm getting a little long here.
Just have to say Thanks to Rinker for standing behind their product.

Time to run it like I stole it :D

Russ' boat is great, except for the rebuild on the lower units and 2 new exhaust bellows. He was not a happy camper. But I guess everything is back together and running fine.  Hes also trying to contact the manufacturer to see if there was a recall on the lower units.

Dang the surveyor didn't catch that, huh?  Glad he's back in the water.  Didn't hear anything about that over at HQ.  Maybe I missed it though.
