Anyone interested in a swim platform for 99-01 270? I am putting Weaver davits on and like it better without the platform.  It has pop up cleats installed  and the ladder insert an grab handle for the existing platform come with it. $500. I am located in the Baltimore area.

I am possibly interested.  Do you have any pictures and what is involved with installation?  Did you do it yourself or?  at what cost?
thanks

I had the dealer do it when the boat was new. it was around $1700 for the platform and labor  . Its about a dozen bolts and some 5200 to seal the holes. I have not taken it off yet, the boat doesn't come out until monday. I am just going to put the existing bolts back in and seal it with 5200. I do not think it is very complicated, I would rate it a 6 or 7 on the do it your self scale. I will snaps some pics of it and post as soon as I can.

Here are the pix of the swim platform. Its in good condition.I just installed the pop up cleats this spring.  It is an easy job to install, just need to find something to jack it in to place while you drill the holes. It took all of an hour to take off. Just pm me if you are intersted.

That's one of those things you could look forever for and never find one used...until you buy a new one :? ... good luck, somebody out there has to have a need for it!

Craig,

No problem. It's always my pleasure to help our members and Rinker owners when I can. Hope one day we can all raft up together and have a drink. The first round is on me.
