Not a bowrider or Cuddy

Hi group,
We have a 1986 Rinker V-19 that is neither a bowrider or traditional cuddy. The bow is hard covered with a small open area with a heavy plexiglass swingover hatch cover. The windshield has the opening middle section like a bowrider to get to this 2 foot square area in front of the windshield to pull up the anchor or fish etc. The "cuddy area is small, just for some storage. I havent seen any others like it. Any one else seen or have one of these.

That configuration was actually pretty common until the late 80's. I think they were just referred to as "Closed Bow" runabouts.

The ability to close the hatch and windshiels is kinda handy on Lake Erie where the waves can get big fast and is prone to cross chop. I have seen the waves comng from 3 diffrent directions. Can get wet fast in a bowrider.

Should post a couple pics - I'm not sure I've seen one like that... Sounds practical for the lake tho
