I'm not sure about it when coming off plane, but I have seen it come over if you slow down too fast.  Not really sure what can be done about it if it's coming in when planing too quick...trimming might help.  I never really use my tabs for getting up on plane.

I have started hosing the bilge area out with fresh water and running the pump...that way the water in there doesn't yellow the bilge area.
