I am considering a very clean and complete 2004 Rinker Captiva 212 with a factory wakeboarding package, factory extended swim platform, captin's call, 5.0 MPI, 300 hours.  The seller seems pretty firm at $19,000.  I am skeptical to use NADA for pricing used boats.  Can I get some opinions on this price in today's market?

I am not sure exactly how relevant it is, but last year I bought my 2002 212 Captiva for $11,500. It was extremely clean and well cared for with around 292 hours (if I remember correctly, may have been 192 - I just forget). It had the bow & cockpit covers, the trailer cover and the Bimini all in virtually new condition. However, it did not have a wakeboard package, an extended swim platform or captain's call (I personally didn't want Captain's call as I cannot stand a loud boat). Also, it has a carb'ed 5.0, not the MPI. It has a dual axle trailer. BUC value on it was $14,835 and NADA average retail was $15,260 including the trailer and options. I would take a look at BUC (remember to add the trailer if one comes with it) and NADA (same re the trailer) and then remember these are dealer retail prices and yours from a 3rd party should be less. Condition will be a major factor to also consider. Good luck.

From an Ontario perspective, there are a few 2004's for sale with low hours going for just under $20K including the trailer but no wake package.

Wow!  That sounds just like the 212 for sale here locally in Indiana.  If it is, that is a great price.  I personally know the owner which has taken great care of it.  I have serviced it for the past 4 seasons and is in great condition.  Good luck on the purchase.  Al
