when navigating on the site sometimes it is super fast switching pages and all of the sudden it slows to a creep.  Happens every time im on for more that 10 or 15 minutes

Next time it slows for you, post the time -- I've noticed the site slows down / hangs whenever we (the mods) are banning someone...

Well, that doesn't look like the mods, unless Boomer was up early again, was more likely the 90+ banned IPs pinging  the site ((even if banned, the site still logs the intrusion, etc... and our "ban" trigger list is now thousands of entries long).. But thanks for the timestamp, i'll keep the stats for when we can do something with the performance of the site...

I wasn't on this morning but Monday I banned a bunch they just kept coming must have been on more than an hour.
