We love the swim platform on our 2002, 232 BR

So much so, I think we've worn the surface down and it's become very slippery.

When we are tied up to our friends boats it gets a little dangerous walking from boat to boat.

I've been thinking of trying to resurface it.  Anyone tried this or have any ideas? javascript:void(0);

A couple suggestions,  Repspray non skid, basically sand/rough up the existing non skid, mix some grip tex into new gel coat and respray, top coat with light coat of heavily cured standard gel.
Or, install a custom cockpit carpet with snap fit.  remove when not needed.  The gel is the cheapest option for us to do.  usually around $250.00   Al

I added a product called SeaDek..http://www.seadekstore.com/Rinker.aspx

Thay have different colors and seem to hold up well.  I have only had mine one season.  I had people slipping on my swim platform and this has helped.
Just a giant sticker that you put on.  There is a thread about it, just search Seadek, i think.

I recently put a Treadmaster Marine non-slip pad on my swim platform, much more non-slip than dimpled gel coat ... you can buy them 'cut to shape' or just flat pads, cut to size yourself ... easy project to do.
