another season gone ..

To all my 1000islds  friends .. Woow what a great year on the water .. We spent 6 weeks in the islands , the weather was fantastic , and the water levels were the best in years ....We loved it , met more new friends  and boated with some old ones .. If we missed you ... well nxt year maybe .. altho we are going to do the Rideau Canal To Ottawa , Leaving in June for 4 weeks and 2 weeks in the islands...if you see the 27fv .. NAVIGATOR.. say hello and buy me a beer .. ha ha . im cheap or broke from $5.50 a gallon gas ......nxt year i hope to have our passports with us and tank up with Yankee Gas in Alex Bay ......Might even buy some Buds there also ...to all be safe , and dream of another great year on the water ....................... ........................

We'll certainly keep in touch and try to meet up with you on the Rideau next year. We stayed here all summer venturing up to Ottawa in early July then down as far as Seeleys Bay later in July. We were out every weekend from mid May until Thanksgiving, the Rideau really is nice but we did miss not going to the Islands this year. Next year we'll probably see a bit of them then on to the Presquil area, but not until later in the summer.

A great plan to meet .. We will be traveling with 2 other boats , a 43 Gibson ,and a sailboat ( de-masted ) of course.....Hope to see yoy nxt year ............. ................
