I had a water leak on my 270 that showed up after two years.  The aft cabin on the starbord side where the A/C was soaked after checking out the A/C after winter storage.

I removed the access panels very easy to do if you study how it might have been installed and found the thru hull fitting for the A/C discharge water was cracked.  I figued it happed because of the stress from the toilet hosepushing down on the fitting caused it to crack or it was becasue Ice formed in the fitting and cracked it.  I didn't realize it was plastic with a metal collar.  I thought originally it was stainless.  Ordered the part through my Dealer I had the part the next day installed it and worked fine.  It took 3 weeks for the water soaked carpet to dry.  That was after I used a wet vac to suck up all the water possible.

For thoes of you that have a 2003  270 and can't figue out how to get the fridge to work on A/C just turn on your range breaker.  Make sure your electric range is off.  Strange as it is this is how it is wired.

How this helps
