I'd say you should be fine if you keep the cabin closed before the sun goes down.  Some of it will also depend on the temperature of the water.  That will regulate the temp in the boat as well.  I find typically in the fall (on the Chesapeake) that the nights stay warm in the cabin.  But spring is a different story. That water temp really regulates the temp a bit.  May just need some warm blankets. thumbsup

Sleeping bags would provide insurance you'd be OK.

You'll be fine. No problems until water temps get really cool. I do it all the time and have to open the hatch a tad even in those temps. With normal breathing the humidity will increase a little, with heavy breathing???? Enjoy your night!

Oh yeah, I forgot what others mentioned. A good drink, usually switched to something warmer going down, helps out as well. Also as mentioned, you will be oipening the hatch by middle of the night.  Have a good time. It's the wife and I's 15 anniversary today and somehow she is in WI and me in in DC, both of us in hotel rooms alone. Hopefully we can be on the boat together this weekend.

We have slept many nights on the boat with temps in the low 50's and sometimes even lower.  As noted earlier, I would have no issues in the fall.  Spring is another story.  Let's paint a picture.

Friday:  Get off work, grab the bags and a few bags of ice. Get down to the boat, chill the (insert favorite beverage here), get the sleeping arrangement's ready with sleeping bags and blankets at hand. Make sure there's plenty of (insert favorite snack here), get the coffee pot ready for the morning. Get the tunes going, I would suggest a light mix of Jimmy, Zack, or Bob.  Crack a cold one and cruise the docks.

Saturday:  Wake up EARLY, you don't do it often so get your ass up.   Pour a cup of java for you and the admiral.  LISTEN to the morning.  It really is amazing.  Hopefully you will get a little bit of fog with a crisp bite in the air.  Hug the admiral and soak it in.  Sit for an hour and enjoy the morning.
.....after that, all hell breaks loose.....fire up the boat go for cruise.  get back to the docks and drink heavily.   ROFL

Most of all HAVE FUN!!! Its a boat dammit, that's what it's made for.   thumbsup thumbsup thumbsup

The admiral and I have done this many times in our 03 232cc.  It is magical!!!  We always found more humidity than expected and also we seemed to be slightly damp.  Bottom line for us was to use more cover than normal.  I was always good with a sheet on bottom and a comforter on top.  Admiral was 3 layers.  Regardless, the light fog, perfectly still water, and the birds saying "wake up"!!!  The next 6 weeks should be perfect!

Good luck

wow. had a great time, as posted we thought we would need heat but we had to open the window all night. Not much sleep, but not for the reasons you think tee hee. Got to bed around 1:45am. At 2am a guy pulled in and unloaded a 38 to 40foot 3engine Baja (just had to start all 3). At 5:30am woke up surounded by 90 bass fishing guys, never got back to sleep. Got up like you guys wanted me to and had 5pots of coffee. Had a great time out on the water all day. You guys rock, thanks for the help (lake of the ozarks)
