Faria has its own web site and the gauges usually have a life time warranty.... The web site tells you how and where to send the gauges to be repaired and the cost.

Thx. They don't do the warranty on the sending unit itself (just the gauges). I called and talked to them for a while. They said the sending unit doesn't usually go bad... "usually" is the key term. I still don't know if this will fix the problem until i get it out next spring... We'll see. I sent the gauge back last year and checked all connections (which didn't fix the problem). I am really hoping this works!

Thanks for the update.  I wonder if you might have a bad ground someplace.  Have you used an ohms meter to check all the wires?

I didn't personally but I did ask the local mechanic to do that which prompted me to send back the gauge in the beginning. So curious to see if this works. I'll post once we get it out in march and let others know.
