I never seem to get enough air up in the forward bunk.  Is it feasible to change the ducting so it shoots out above the bed at the bow rather than under the bad by the galley?  Anyone got any ideas?

Same basic setup as what we have on our 320 - we just use a 12 volt fan to circulate air in the forward berth and it works pretty well.

+1 on the fan. Seems to work great.

We use a fan, too.  Works!

just had my AC unit recharged which of course made a huge differrence.  But the fan ideas are great...very simple.....where did you mount them in your cabin?

I bought one of those new Dyson bladeless fans at 50% off at Bed Bath and Beyond!  It's a 10" fan but sits nice and sturdy on the shelf by the TV opening and circulates the air forward..what a difference!

in my 310 i have the same issue. i have already consulted with my mechanic since the rusty pan and grinding ac unit are about to give way....i inquired about the same thing. he said the new replacemnts are a couple thousand btu's larger, blow harder, cool more effieciently, use less power etc. since the unit resides under the bow v berth adding a 3" additonal duct for the forward v berth off the plenum is not a problem at all. so my plan is to have this done when i change the unit out sometime this spring most likely since the old unit is grinding away. i am in a slip so it runs 24x7
