2006 270 Rinker Express Cruiser, boat used to plane.  Last time I took it out it wouldn't.  had a diver clean the bottom, planed a little better but still not all the way.  Any suggestions?

Haul out and power wash.  It is the number one problem, if the engines are good.

Don't ask me how I know...

Agree!  How often do you use it?  Mine sat for a month and I couldn't rev over 3000 and wouldn't plane.  I had to dive on it 2 different times to get everything off.  See if both sides of the prop was cleaned as well as the hull.  That was my problem.  Also, the trim tabs and hull.  Mine were full of barnacles.

Planes now but not as good as early season.  i will power wash end of season. As fmrosell said, if the engines are good probably its growth.  You can usually tell that by the way the engines act, e.g. sputtering or smooth, etc.?  They also told me check the fuel filter for constraint.

Just saw over at the Boatus forum denise827 had bad fuel.  Filled tank, swapped filter out and all's good.

Thanks so much for posting.  Nice to know the conclusions to these things.
