Hey guys,

I have a 1991 Rinker captiva with a just rebuilt motor.  I can not get the boat up to plane consitently.  It seems when in water I can get up to 2500 rpm but if i then try full throttle it stall a littel then acts like it will climb but doesnt.  It looks like the prop might have a couple of small dings.   Should I just replace the prop and start there or is it a fuel mixture proplem.

any help is appreciated.

Small dings shouldn`t affect it to get on plane, it would cause vibration. Too many reasons why you can`t get the rpm you need. Recheck all that has been done and keep us informed roll eyes
