the trim motor is not working seems electric to it is out. I checked fuses at battery the reset pannel but cant seem to get power too it or figure out why. Any way to check if the trim motor itself still is good

welcome to the site!  Your best thing to do is first see if there is power at the solenoids at the pump.  If there is power there, then it could be the solenoid (although it'd have to be both if does not go up or down) or the pump itself.  But definitely connect a meter first to see if there is power.
