Wow cool pic. But do you folks really park your boats in water that shallow?  I dont think there is anyone on my lake that would ever consider doing that. Maybe beach where the outdrive will still be in deep water.

Herm, we do it all the time.  Just put the drives up a bit and no worries. whistle  Bottom is sand anyhow, so no big deal.  I paint the bottom of my drives each year and coat them with wax in the spring.  Our tidal change is usually less than 2 feet, so if it's high tide and 5 feet, not a problem at all.  We do use front and stern anchors, and lots of them. thumbsup
