Do we have any rinkers owners on here that are at Wintrop Harbor or launch there?

I used to boat on Lake Geneva as I live about 10 minutes from it and can launch free at The Abbey but it got to crowded and there are to many people flying around who dont know how to drive let alone all of the rental boats.
And all you can do is going in circles be it big ones.

The Chain it is to shallow and the water is brown, and over crowded...nuff said.

I like Northpoint (Lake Michigan) because the water is clear (ocean like) and deep. Also there are so many places you can go to ie. Kenosha, Racine, Chicago, Milwaukee. The Fireworks and Air & Water shows cannot get any better than on the lake.

The only bad things is the Northpoint is 45 minutes from me.

I just started Summer In & Out storage with Skipper Bud's at Northpoint. This is awesome as I do not have to tow the boat out there all the time. It is already out there stored on it's trailer inside there building. I just have pull it out there and launch. And it only cost $600 for the season.

ya, in/out service is great.  I use to do it in Michigan City.  Call at least 1 hour in advance and the boat was always sitting in the water ready for you to jump in and go..... come back and leave it.

You mentioned your boat sits on the trailer and you have to launch it?  is that how Skipped Buds manages their in/out service?

No. what your talking about is called Dry Stack which cost me about $1000 per year if I wanted it.

This is called Summer In/Out which cost $600 per year and I just keep my boat on its trailer in there buidling.
