The Sept. 2001 issue of Lakeland Boating has a feature article on your "Black HELM"  V.P. owned Rinker 342.   .
Two years ago, I pulled that issue out of my files and found it very informative .
It further sparked my interest in purchasing a 342.    I have had my 04 for two seasons now and I hope you enjoy your new boat  as much as I have .

I actually have a pristine copy of that mag, came with the boat.  She only has 180 hours and is in new condition.  I wonder if Lakeland Boating would like to do a 10 year review of a review?  There are some on the internet that question the quality of Rinker.  Well, I have to say this boat has held up incredibly well.  I'm impressed.
