we have owned the 265 for 2 years now and would like to connect the fridge to run on 12v (no installed gen set) and would like to install a windlass, the latter being more important.

any suggestions and/or advice is greatly appreciated.

My fridge also only ran on 110v, it was supposed to work on 12 and 110v, apparently Norcolds notorious for that. I think it has something to do with the internal circuitboard or something. Would have cost more than it was worth to replace. I just ran mine off the 110 inverter as it is always on anyways.

The windlass should not be much of a problem. Quite a few out on the market. Easy install besides running power from the stern to the bow.
