Boris, if they are Faria gauges, you have a lifetime warranty on them. Try contacting them here: http://www.faria-instruments.com/marine.php

If your gagues are Teleflex (couldn't really tell because of the picture), then you might be able to search the board to see what you can do -- you might just have to replace them with something from West Marine or some other chandlery.

Like mine that is a Teleflex gauge and that particular style is no longer in production. However, I have been able to find some of leftovers still new in the box via ebay.
