this isn't exactly the same, but my screws rusted out of the sun deck.  I was just up at home depot last night looking at ideas.  I found T bolts (which I think would be useless) and also these screw in female threads.  They have groves in the side that will dig into the wood.  Again, might not be the same, but Home Depot is a good place to start the brainstorming.

The main problem with fixing this is you have to get access under the floor to install the nutserts. I will try a 2" hole saw in the center of the base, then I can remove the old nutserts and set new ones in their place. I will take pics and post them so if this ever happens to someone else, they can use the search button to find the solution....

Really didn't want to rely on toggles, for the all the torque on the seat of hitting waves and stuff.... Thought about it and lag bolts, bot really want to stay with the factory install

Ok, impossible on the 192 to replace the inserts without removing the floor. There is about 3/8 of an inch between the floor and fiberglass bottom. So went with stainless #14  screws, and seems plenty stout. BTW, there is 2layers of 3/4" plywood, at least where the seat is.... Any who all well for now...
