Gear Lube Leaking

Not long on the water for us. It appears were loosing gear lube I didn't see any lube in the bilge. I changed a lube tube from the monitor to the transom fitting this winter that was tough for two quick connect fittings, not leaking. Today we ran for about 1.5 hr and the alarm sounded the monitor was empty. I have filled the bottle twice this weekend figuring there was air in the system. I did have the props pulled and redone on this particular out drive. Any help out there im having the boat pulled this week.

Had a similar issue when our boat was new. I couldn't find the leak so had to take it in. They found a leaking quick connect around the back side of the right side engine.

If it is not in the bilge, it's leaking outside the boat. if it's is not 'obvious' when you pull, you'll need the drives pressure tested to find the leak. If you are lucky it is only a seal..if not it's check writing time.

Mine is leaking from the bottom of the bottle on the drive. Not quite sure how to fix that one...

Well it appears that it might be shaft seals, the fluid is leaking at the props and there loose. I had the props reconditioned on this outdrive I don't believe they reinstalled them correctly, I'll await the mechanics comments
