Just got back from our first trip to Still Pond.  Rough ride over from the Bush River but once we got there it was great.  Water was a tad cold but we puckered up and jumped in.  I love boating.  Dropped 600 bucs in the fuel tanks so far.  4.35 is  too high!  Hope everyone got out this weekend.  I saw about 5 Rinkers over there today.

Sure was a great weekend!  We went into Baltimore for the weekend.  Was a nice time and the weather was perfect.  Even had the wind with us both there and back, what luck! thumbsup

Can't wait to get to Still Pond this year as well.

It was a great weekend!  We were anchored out in the Rhode River - spent a lot of time in the water cooling off!  Can't wait for the rendezvous in July - I think we're gonna' set a record this year for number of Rinkers rafted on the Chesapeake!

6.05 a gallon?  Ouch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So far I have gone through one storm this season on the Bay.  Not too bad only 3-4 ft rollers.  Still not a big fan of boating through a storm.  Generator doesn't want to run this season though.

Hi everyone! Where exactly is StillPond? We are normally hanging out in the Magothy or Severn. Any other nice spots around the area we should know?

Thanks!

It's on the Eastern Shore - next anchorage north of Fairlee Creek.   From the Bay Bridge, I'd estimate 25 miles or so....  Hope to see you there!  thumbsup
