Do they make a mooring cover for Cruisers. I have a Fiesta Vee 250. Just would like to be able to cover the entire boat once in a while. I have checked out Fischer covers but they seem to be for winter storage only.

I had a mooring cover made for my 250fv but find it hard to use. it was made to cover the entire boat and is quite heavy. It works but if it were lighter I would use it more.

Mooring covers for the bigger cruisers will be expensive, heavy, bulky and really tough to handle (not to mention storage).
I definitely recommend a cockpit cover if you don't have one. I can't justify abusing camper canvas as an everyday cover.

I had a full cover made for my 270, it's in 2 pieces one is the cockpit cover. Covering the windshield, and the other is a full bow cover with velcro at the rails cost me about $300. 7 years ago still in great shape but I'm in a covered slip. I used aculone, I think that's how it's spelt, but it's light weight and strong and 100% water froff. But I've heard that if you use this material in full sun it will generate a lot of heat.
My 2 cents worth

My family owns Angola Canvas Company in Angola, IN. We have lots of pattens including cruisers, on full covers plus cockpits and bows from current models back into the 1970's. Angola is located only 50 miles from the Rinker plant in Syracuse, so you can imagine we've made the patterns on most of their boats. All our patterns were made as the boats came out and updated as the models changed. We can also make replacement canvas from covers that you currently have by using them as a pattern. To find out if we have a pattern, call us with the year, and model, we also need any info on non standard equipment that would affect a cover. Hope this helps.

Hey Angola Bob!
I need a mooring cover and new bimini canvas.
I can install my own snaps.
Thanks,
Marlin
